Private Party FAQ
Whats the maximum head count for private parties?
We can comfortably accommodate 80 guests. Other variables include the weather, and any potential band set up. Rainy weather cuts off some of our outdoor venue space. Bands take up space with their equipment. Max occupancy is 100 – no exceptions.
What are the hours for parties?
Parties can start as early as 5pm, and must end at 11:00pm, with last call at 10:30. All guests must be off the premises by 11:30pm. We ask that you select a 5 hour start / finish time for your party. (IE – 6-11pm)
Can I arrive early for set up & decorations?
Yes, a small crew can arrive as early as 4:00pm for this.
Can I bring a Keg or outside alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. The only exception is for wine and champagne, for which there is a $12 corkage fee per bottle.
Can I utilize Harbor Café plates, silverware, and napkins?
We can provide this service for you, and clean everything for $250.
Does Harbor Café Cater?
We do not provide catering. We only provide the venue and the bar service. However, we welcome outside food: you can order pizzas, have a potluck, or hire an outside caterer or food truck. We have worked with many catering / food truck companies in the past, and can provide recommendations.
What does the rental fee cover?
Once you pay the rental fee, the Harbor Café is yours for the evening. Both inside bar / dining area, and the outside patio. We will provide a bartender and cleaning service / dishwasher. We have outdoor patio heaters, and rope lights, to provide a comfortable and pleasant ambiance for guests.
