Host Your Perfect Private Party at Harbor Cafe

Our dedicated event coordinator and staff will assist you every step of the way to ensure a seamless planning and setup process for your event. At Harbor Cafe, we provide a range of amenities for private parties, including a full-service indoor bar, entertainment options, dancing space, and both indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting). Please note that we do not offer food catering services.

Private parties at Harbor Cafe start at just $950 for the rental fee, which includes the entire restaurant (dining room, bar & patio) as well as bartending and service staff. Food 411
Harbor Cafe is delighted to host your event; however, we do not provide food catering services. We do, however, allow outside food and catering options. You have the flexibility to arrange a potluck, order pizzas, or choose from our list of recommended partner food service trucks or professional caterers. Please be aware that there is a $250 fee if you require us to provide plates, silverware, napkins, etc.

Bar Program
Harbor Cafe holds a full liquor license; therefore, outside alcohol is not permitted. If you wish to have bar service, there is a $500 minimum requirement. You have the option to arrange a cash bar, where guests pay for their own drinks, or a host bar, where you cover the cost of beer and wine, or run a tab for a specific dollar amount.
Music Program
Harbor Cafe boasts an excellent house stereo system with speakers both indoors and outdoors. We can play Spotify for you, or you can connect your own laptop, iPod, or smartphone to our speaker system using a regular headphone 1/8" audio cable that we provide. We welcome acoustic bands, but please note that any live performances must be approved by management. While we've hosted many dance parties over the years, it's important to respect our neighbors and keep noise levels in check, as we are not a nightclub.
Can I have my wedding at Harbor Cafe?
While we would love to host your wedding, we currently do not offer our venue for full wedding ceremonies. However, we are more than happy to accommodate wedding rehearsals and related events.
What's the maximum head count for private parties?
We can comfortably accommodate 80 guests. Other variables include the weather, and any potential band set up. Rainy weather cuts off some of our outdoor venue space. Bands take up space with their equipment. Max occupancy is 90 – no exceptions.
What are the hours for parties?
Parties can start as early as 5 pm, and must end by 10:00 pm, with last call at 9:30. All guests must be off the premises by 10:00 pm. We ask that you select a 3-hour start/finish time for your party. (i.e. – 6-9 pm-ish)
Can I arrive early for set up & decorations?
Yes, a small crew can arrive as early as 4:30 pm for this.
Can I bring a Keg or outside alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. The only exception is for wine and champagne, for which there is a $12 corkage fee per bottle.
Can I utilize Harbor Café plates, silverware, and napkins?
We can provide this service for you, and clean everything for $250.
Does Harbor Café Cater?
We do not provide catering. We only provide the venue and the bar service. However, we welcome outside food: you can order pizzas, have a potluck, or hire an outside caterer or food truck. We have worked with many catering/food truck companies in the past and can provide recommendations.
What does the rental fee cover?
Once you pay the rental fee, the Harbor Café is yours for the evening. Both inside bar/dining area, and the outside patio. We will provide a bartender and cleaning service/dishwasher. We have outdoor patio heaters, and rope lights, to provide a comfortable and pleasant ambiance for guests.

To secure your booking date, we kindly require a non-refundable deposit of $250. This deposit will be applied towards your rental fee, ensuring your reservation at Harbor Cafe.
