Host Your Perfect Private Party at Harbor Cafe
Our dedicated staff will assist you every step of the way to ensure a seamless event. We provide a range of amenities for private parties, including a full-service indoor bar, entertainment options, dancing space, and both indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting). Please note that we do not offer food catering services.

Harbor Cafe is delighted to host your event; however, we do not provide food catering services. We do, however, allow outside food and catering options. You have the flexibility to arrange a potluck, order pizza, or choose from our list of recommended partner food service trucks or professional caterers. Please be aware that there is a $250 fee if you require us to provide plates, silverware, napkins, etc.

Bar Program
Harbor Cafe holds a full liquor license; therefore, outside alcohol is not permitted. If you wish to have bar service, there is a $500 minimum requirement. You have the option to arrange a cash bar, where guests pay for their own drinks, or a host bar, where you cover the cost of beer and wine, or run a tab for a specific dollar amount.
Music Program
Harbor Cafe boasts an excellent house stereo system with speakers both indoors and outdoors. We can play Spotify for you, or you can connect your own laptop, iPod, or smartphone to our speaker system using a regular headphone 1/8" audio cable that we provide. We welcome acoustic bands, but please note that any live performances must be approved by management. While we've hosted many dance parties over the years, it's important to respect our neighbors and keep noise levels in check, as we are not a nightclub.
Can I have my wedding at Harbor Cafe?
While we would love to host your wedding, we currently do not offer our venue for full wedding ceremonies. However, we are more than happy to accommodate wedding rehearsals and related events.
What's the maximum head count for private parties?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests. Other variables include the weather, and any potential band set up. Rainy weather cuts off some of our outdoor venue space. Bands take up space with their equipment.
What are the hours for private events?
Events can start as early as 5:00pm, and end no later than 10:00pm, with last call at 9:30pm.
Can I arrive early for set up & decorations?
Yes! A small crew may arrive as early as 4:30 pm for set-up.
Can I bring outside alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Can I utilize Harbor Café plates, silverware, and napkins?
Yes! This service is available for $250.00.
Does Harbor Café Cater?
Unfortunately we do not offer food service for private events. However, we do welcome outside food: you can order pizzas, have a potluck, or hire an outside caterer or food truck. We have worked with many catering/food truck companies in the past and can provide recommendations if needed.
What does the rental fee cover?
Venue rental fee includes use of both inside bar/dining area, and the primary outside patio. We provide bar service staff, event staff and cleaning crew. Use of on site restrooms, and outdoor patio heaters, and lighting to provide a comfortable and pleasant area for guests to gather.
